Tomasu Soy Sauce is the only micro-brewed soy sauce in Europe and is crafted in Rotterdam. Honoring centuries-old traditions, the soy sauce is given at least 24 months to develop its deep, complex flavors in 25- to 50-year-old whisky barrels from Scotland. A match made in umami heaven. Rotterdam’s finest, Per de Man, is once again teaming up with the legendary soy sauce masters at Tomasu to bring serious flavor to Drip 2025. Expect bold moves, big taste, and burgers with a kick.
